How do I save something for later?

From a supported shopping page, use the iPhone Share Sheet and choose Hold Off. You can also add an item from inside the app. It lands in your Sleep-On-It list, where you can decide later.

Will Hold Off see what I browse or buy?

No. Your saved items and shopping activity remain on your device. See the full privacy policy for the narrow, optional anonymous feedback we may receive if you choose to share it.

How does app pausing work?

If you choose to use it, Hold Off asks for Apple’s Screen Time permission so you can select apps or categories to pause. You remain in control and can change those settings on your phone.

Why didn’t I get a reminder?

Hold Off uses local iPhone notifications. Check that notifications are allowed for Hold Off in iOS Settings and that reminders are enabled in the app.

How do I manage a subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel one in your iPhone’s App Store subscription settings.
